  • 1 ½ stick butter
  • 1 ½ C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract, divided
  • ¾ C. all-purpose flour
  • ¼ C. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Dash salt
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 C. peanut butter
  • 2 T. plain Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate chips using a double boiler or the microwave until smooth. Stir in brown sugar, ½ cup of sugar, 3 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Whisk in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy. Mix in sugar, yogurt, 2 eggs, and remaining vanilla until combined evenly. Layer brownie batter and cheesecake mixture in a greased baking pan or pie plate. Bake for 45 minutes until set. Chill overnight and serve.
