Ingredients

  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • 4 qts. boiling water
  • 2 Tbs. salt
  • 3/4 lb. ricotta
  • 2 Tbs. warm water
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Add macaroni to boiling, salted water and cook about 12 minutes, until tender. Drain. Add warm water, sugar and cinnamon to ricotta and mix well. Add to macaroni. Mix well and serve.
