  • 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, diced with juices
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ C. olive oil
  • 2 T. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
