I wish I could claim this recipe as my own but, I can't. I learned of this recipe from a co-worker. I now make it every year at the holidays with my children and grandchildren. It is now our holiday tradition. This recipe is easy, and has an amazing taste. If you like chocolate and peanut butter, then you would like this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1 jar peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. chocolate almond bark

Directions

Spread peanut butter on a Ritz cracker. Then top with another cracker to form a sandwich. Make as many sandwiches as you would like. Melt the chocolate bark in a microwave at 30 second intervals. Dip sandwiches in the chocolate, then lay the cookies on wax paper and let cool.
