Ritzy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I got this recipe from a friend many years ago. Great recipe when you need something in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1 pkg. almond bark
  • 1 jar creamy peanut butter

Directions

Melt almond bark in double boiler or in the microwave. In the meantime make "sandwiches" with two crackers and a dab of peanut butter. When almond bark is melted remove from heat. Using tongs to dunk each cracker sandwich in the almond bark to coat completely. Lay on wax paper to set.

  • Try this recipe with Town House crackers and use a bar of white chocolate in place of the dark chocolate. It's just as good.
