  • 6 French Rolls
  • 32 oz. low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced thinly
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 C. sliced provolone
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil

Season the steak pieces well with pepper, salt and garlic powder and place in the slow cooker. Add the onion, bell peppers, and broth to the crockpot, stir and let cook on low for 7 hours.

Cut the French rolls in half and toast on open sides and melt the cheese on one side. Use tongs to place meat on bread pieces, and top with slow-cooker peppers and onions.

Spoon out broth to use as sauce, and enjoy!
