Roast Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1 C. water
- 3/4 C. catsup
- 1/3 C. lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 bottle hot pepper sauce
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 4 thick or 6 thin pork chops
Directions
Mix all ingredients except onion with mixer; stir in onion. Brown pork chops and cover with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Be sure meat is completely covered with sauce. This may be cooked in a crockpot on low for 8 hours.
