Roast Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 15-lb. turkey
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 C. olive oil
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 Tbs. flour
Directions
Clean and truss turkey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan, pour oil over turkey and place bacon slices across the breast. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 3.5 hours, basting frequently. Remove bacon slices from breast, sprinkle with flour and baste with fat from pan. Repeat the basting twice.
