  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced in half
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced in half
  • 4-5 tomatoes slices
  • 3 mozzarella slices
  • 1 white single baguettes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Begin by cutting your baguette in half and toasting it.  Then in a skillet begin by sautéing the peppers that have been sliced in half.  Add the oil and balsamic to the skillet and keep sautéing the peppers until they're tender.  Start layering your sandwich up on the toasted baguette. Start with one slice of yellow and red pepper.  Then add the mozzarella cheese, tomato, and then the other half of both peppers. Drizzle some balsamic on top and enjoy.
