Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- salt
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
Directions
With a knife, shave off a thin slice of the base of the sprouts. Cut them in half through the base. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour oil into a large roasting pan. Add the sprouts, salt and garlic. Toss well and turn sprouts cut-side down. Roast the sprouts, stirring once, 30-40 minutes or until browned. Serve.
