  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts
  • ΒΌ C. parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Toss the brussels sprouts with the olive oil, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Place the mixture into a saucepan. Brown the mixture over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Place the saucepan into the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with more parmesan cheese.
