  • 3 C. carrots
  • 3 C. cauliflower florets
  • 4 T. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the vegetables onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle oil and spices over them. When they are coated bake vegetables for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot!
