  • 1 Tbs. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 4 C. baby carrots
  • 2 Tbs. water

Heat oven to 400. Stir together brown sugar, butter, and honey in a small bowl until smooth; set aside. Place carrots and water into an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until carrots are fork tender. Increase oven temperature to 450. Remove aluminum foil and stir in butter mixture. Continue baking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and just begin to brown.
