  • 7 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • ½ tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • For the Sauce
  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • ¼ C. honey
  • 2 Tbs. chili paste
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • Pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine all of the sauce ingredients, whisk them together, and set the mixture aside. Heat a large skillet on medium-high and melt the butter. Place the chicken in, skin-side down and flip them. Pour the honey sauce over it and bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Place the chicken on broil for 5 minutes on high. Garnish the dish with the seeds and onion.
