Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. portobello mushrooms
- 4 lg. garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 C. olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wipe the mushrooms clean. Snap off the stems and trim the ends. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. In a large roasting pan, toss the mushrooms, garlic and oil with salt and pepper to taste. Spread them evenly in the pan. Roast for 30 minutes until mushrooms are tender and browned. Serve hot.
