Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 15-10 sm. red skin potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 stems rosemary, stripped and chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil (this just helps with clean up). Bake in oven for 45 minutes until brown and crispy on the outside.
