  • 15-10 sm. red skin potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 stems rosemary, stripped and chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil (this just helps with clean up). Bake in oven for 45 minutes until brown and crispy on the outside.
