  • 2 ½ lb. pumpkin, sliced
  • 1 C. dark brown sugar
  • 2 T. honey
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. allspice
  • ¼ tsp. garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the pumpkin under warm water. Cut the pumpkin in half. Scoop out the seeds. Cut into thin slices. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except for the honey. Dip the pumpkin slices in the mixture. Place the slices onto a baking sheet. Pour the remaining mixture over the pumpkin slices. Drizzle the honey over the top. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
