Roasted Red Pepper Spread
Ingredients
- 1 C. roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- optional baguette slices and sliced ripe olives

Directions
Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, seasoning, salad dressing mix, and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.
