  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
