  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup mini colorful marshmallows
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter or spray your baking pan. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Combine butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir the combination occasionally until it is melted (3-5 minutes). Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in sugar, salt, eggs, and lastly the flour. When completely combined, spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini colorful marshmallows and nuts on top. Bake for about 5 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed. Cut into squares.
