  • 24 ounces of dark chocolate chips
  • 10 ounces of peanut butter chips
  • 8 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 2 milk chocolate bars
  • ½ cup of mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup of graham crackers broken into smaller pieces

Prepare by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Then, in three separate bowls, melt the dark chocolate chips, the peanut butter chips, and the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 -2 minutes, stirring when necessary. Spread the melted dark chocolate onto the cookie sheet. Next, spread the white chocolate and the peanut butter on top. Swirl the three together using a dull butter knife. Sprinkle with graham cracker pieces, broken pieces of the milk chocolate bar, and mini marshmallows and lightly press these ingredients into the chocolate and peanut butter. Place the cookie tray into the refrigerator for at least one hour.
