  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 C. salted peanuts
  • 1 C. almonds, chopped
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Line a 13x9 baking pan with foil and set it aside. In a saucepan combine the butter, chocolate chips, and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and stir in the nuts Place the marshmallows in another bowl and add the chocolate mixture. Stir well until marshmallows are incorporated. Spread the fudge into the pan and refrigerate until firm. Use the foil to remove the fudge and cut it into small squares to serve.
