  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 60 grams marshmallows
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate icing

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees to begin. Then, line the muffin pan with paper liners. Combine the flour, baking powder, marshmallows and cocoa powder in a large bowl and set it aside. Also put aside 1/3 of the chocolate chips and nuts, but add the rest to the flour mixture. In a separate bowl whisk the brown sugar, eggs, milk, and butter. Stir this into the other bowl until it is combined. Fill the muffin cups evenly. Then, sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips, nuts, and marshmallows on top. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool. Drizzle chocolate icing from a piping tube to finish.
