  • 4 C. pork or pork sausage
  • 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 C. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 C. carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 C. turnips, chopped
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed French onion soup

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer potatoes on bottom of baking dish, trying to keep to single layer, but double layer is okay, too. Lay pork on top of potatoes. Add in other vegetables.. Pour soup over pork. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
