Rose Skin Toner

This feminine toner smells great and refreshes skin after cleansing.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 C. witch hazel
  • 1/2 C. dried rose petals
  • 5 sprigs of rosemary

Directions

Mix ingredients together making sure it is all blended well. Strain. Splash on your face after cleaning skin.
