Rosemary Footbath

This aromatic soak is ideal for tired, aching feet.

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves for every C. boiling water

Directions

Infuse water with rosemary for at least 24 hours then strain and add 1 C. of the infusion to your footbath of warm water. Store remaining infusion in refrigerator for up to a week. Soak feet for 15 minutes topping up with more hot water if necessary.
