Rosemary Honey Applesauce
- 1/2 C. honey
- 8 large ripe, tart apples peeled and finely diced
- 4 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Heat the honey in a skillet, add the apples and stir in lemon juice. Mix all well to coat apples and sauté over medium heat until they are slightly softened. Place on cover and cook until the apples are softened enough to mash. Remove from heat; stir in the rosemary and mash with a potato masher so it's still chunky.
