  • 5 cloves garlic, halved
  • 3/4 C. red wine
  • 1 Tbs. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil

Pat the lamb dry with paper towels and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper. In a large frying pan, heat the coconut oil and sear the lamb on all sides until golden brown. Place it straight into the crockpot and spread the garlic cloves around the lamb. Pour in the red wine, cover, and cook for 8 hours on low.
