Rueben Loaf

Baked in a round loaf of rye bread, this makes a corned beef, sauerkraut, and sour cream dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. mayo
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 package budgig corned beef, shredded
  • 1 C. Swiss cheese, cubed read tiny
  • 1/2 C. sauerkraut well drained
  • 1 round loaf of rye bread

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Cut open rye loaf and pour in loaf. Bake at 350 for 50 mins. Use the top of the loaf cut into pieces for dipping.
