Ditch the vodka and gin- this tropical version will make you feel like you're in the islands!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. dry vermouth
  • 3 oz. rum

Directions

Put 5 ice cubes into a mixing glass with the vermouth and rum.  Stir vigorously, then strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a lemon rind.
