  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cored
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Begin by cutting up the pineapple. Slice it in half lengthwise and then sliced lengthwise again into about 12 wedges. Then mix the brown sugar and rum and microwave the mixture for a minute and a half. Make sure the sugar is dissolved. Brush the sugar-rum mixture over the pineapple wedges evenly. Heat the butter in a grill pan using medium-high heat. Grill the pineapple for 3 minutes per side. Enjoy!
