Ingredients
- 2 C. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 C. flour
- 2 C. chopped dates
- 2 C. beer
- 1 C. chopped nuts
- powdered sugar
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
