Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 C. coconut

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until mixed. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
