Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 C. port wine
- 1 Tbs. sour cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
In a small frying pan over medium heat, fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes in the butter. Add the wine and turn the heat to high for 2 minutes. Lower the heat, blend in the sour cream and salt and pepper. Serve over pork chops.
