An added touch to compliment dinner when meats are being served.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 C. port wine
  • 1 Tbs. sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

In a small frying pan over medium heat, fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes in the butter. Add the wine and turn the heat to high for 2 minutes. Lower the heat, blend in the sour cream and salt and pepper. Serve over pork chops.
