- 2 lbs. beef stew or chuck meat
- 4-5 stalks celery
- 4-5 potatoes
- 4-5 carrots
- 3 lg. onions
- one 15-oz. can beef broth
- one 16-oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 5 Tbs. tapioca
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

Directions
Cut up vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients in a greased medium roasting pan or Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 4 hours in 325-degree oven. "Don't peek!"
