Ingredients
- vanilla wafers
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1 C. instant banana cream (or vanilla) pie filling
- whipped cream
- nuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
Mix pie filling as directed. Line a pie pan with wafers. Whip sugar, egg, butter and water until creamy. Spread whipped mixture over wafers in pan. Cover wafers and whipped mixture with pie filling. Store in refrigerator one hour before serving. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts.
