Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 C. cornmeal
- salt and pepper, to taste
- vegetable oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Form small patties (or cakes). Place in skillet with hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
