Russ's Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 14.5-oz. can green beans, cut
- 1 14.5-oz. can yellow wax beans, cut
- 1 14.5-oz. can kidney beans
- 1 lg. purple onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 Tbs. pimiento, cut up
- 1/3 C. cider vinegar
- 1/2 C. salad oil
- 2/3 C. sugar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
Drain Beans. Cut up onion and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix beans, onion, pimiento and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
