- 1 bottle 8 oz. Russian salad dressing (or French)
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 12 oz. jar of apricot preserves
- 2-3 lb. chicken cut up
Mix all the ingredients, bake the chicken at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and drain all the juice, cover with the sauce and bake another 30 min. basting the chicken once in a while.
