Even if you don't like pickles normally, you'll change your mind when you taste the amazing flavors of this Cuban panini inspired by the paninis served at Corner Bakery. If you don't have a panini grill, you can use a grill plate on the stove.

  • 2 slices rustic bread
  • mayonnaise
  • whole grain mustard
  • 2 slices roasted ham
  • 2 slices roasted turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 slices dill pickle

Preheat the panini press.

Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on both pieces of bread. Top one slices of bread with layers of cheese, turkey, ham and pickles. Top with the second slice of the bread. Spread butter on the outside of the slice, flip, and butter on the other side.

Put the sandwich in the panini press and close the lid. Cook until the bread is brown and crispy.
