  • 20 jumbo shells
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 jars herb spaghetti sauce
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Cook the shells according to the box for al dente, drain and set aside. In a skillet, brown the meat and then add the onion and garlic. Drain the fat and add the mozzarella, breadcrumbs, parsley and egg. Stuff the shells with the meat mix. Pour 1 jar of the sauce into the crockpot and then add the shells. Top with the remaining sauce and top with parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for 5-7 hours on low.
