This recipe takes chocolate cupcakes to the next level. Any kid will love the classic cocoa cupcake topped in a marshmallow fluff icing and sprinkled with graham crackers and chocolate for a dessert everyone will want some more of.

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 jars marshmallow fluff
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Graham crackers
  • Chocolate bar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup baking cocoa
  • ¾ cup shortening
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and place cupcake liners in the muffin tin. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, dissolve the hot water and cocoa. Beat the shortening with medium speed for 30 seconds in a large bow and then add the sugar gradually. Beat for 2 more minutes and then add the eggs. Beat after you add each egg. Use low speed and add part of the flour mixture and then part of the cocoa mix. Repeat until the ingredients and blended. Pour the batter into the cupcake tins. Bake for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together. Stir in the marshmallow fluff. Transfer to a piping bag and spiral the frosting onto the baked cupcakes. Crumble the graham crackers and sprinkle the crumbles over the cupcakes. Top with piece of chocolate bars.
