Salad With Sour Cream Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. crispy fried bacon, crumbled or 1 pkg. pre-cooked bacon
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 Tbs. white vinegar
- parmesan Cheese
Directions
Break lettuce into bite sized pieces in a 9" x 13" pyrex. Layer on the celery and separated onion rings.
Whisk together the sour cream, mayo, sugar and white vinegar until well blended and drizzle over the lettuce. Top with crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese to cover the top.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
