Sally's Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Creamy sauce and a little curry kick make for a delicious chicken and broccoli casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli cooked not too much
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry or to taste
  • paprika
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook chicken in oven in aluminum foil. Layer in casserole with broccoli. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan. Bake 350° for 30 minutes or bubbling.

Serves 4-5.
