Salmon Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh salmon or one 1-lb. can salmon
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. liquid smoke
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions
Strain and flake salmon. Combine with next six ingredients. Chill. Shape into ball and press with pecans and parsley. Serve with crackers.
