Salmon Dip

This creamy dip gets it flavor from the fish as well as lemon juice and pickle relish – delicious on crackers!

Ingredients

  • 1 7 1/2 oz. can salmon
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs. Half & Half cream
  • 1 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/4 C. sweet pickle relish
  • 3 Tbs. chopped green onions with tops
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Drain juice from salmon and discard. Put softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Flake salmon and add to bowl along with half and half. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with potato chips, crackers or raw vegetables.

Note: Tuna may be substituted for salmon.
