Salmon Dip
Ingredients
- 1 7 1/2 oz. can salmon
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbs. Half & Half cream
- 1 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/4 C. sweet pickle relish
- 3 Tbs. chopped green onions with tops
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
Drain juice from salmon and discard. Put softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Flake salmon and add to bowl along with half and half. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with potato chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
Note: Tuna may be substituted for salmon.
