  • Sourdough Bread
  • Salmon Filet
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Capers
  • Cream Cheese, softened
  • Red Onion
  • Paprika

  1. Brush salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook.

  2. Chop the red onions and rinse the capers.

  3. Spread cream cheese on sourdough bread.

  4. Add capers and onions. then sprinkle with paprika.

  5. Add the salmon.

  6. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.

  7. Place sandwich in skillet and cook each side until golden brown.
