Salmon Pate

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can salmon, cleaned and drained
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs. green onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper
- 2 Tbs. capers, drained
- sprig fresh dill
- crackers
Directions
Blend first 7 ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer mixture into serving bowl and stir in capers. Cover bowl and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours. Garnish with sprig of fresh dill and serve with crackers.
