  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups grated cheese
  • 1 can red flaked salmon
  • ½ cup peas
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 30 grams butter
  • ½ cup chopped zucchini
  • ½ chopped scallion

Melt the butter over medium heat and add the flour. After 1 minute, remove the pan from the heat and add the milk gradually. Stir and cook for 5 minutes and then remove the pan from the heat again and stir in ½ cup cheese. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the salmon, peas, scallion, and zucchini in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the rice into a baking dish and then top with half of the salmon mix. Pour half of the sauce over the fish and half the cheese. Repeat this process, finishing with a layer of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
