Salmon Steaks With Vegetables

- 6 salmon steaks
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 zucchini, chopped and cubed
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped and cubed
- 2 potatoes, boiled and cubed
- olive oil
Place salmon fillets on a broiler rack for 8-10 minutes.
Make sure salmon is placed 6 inches from the heat.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic powder, a dash of cayenne pepper, butter, seasoning salt, and Italian seasoning together.
Brush seasonings over fish and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
Now prepare vegetables.
In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil.
Once heated add vegetables and potatoes and saute until tender for 5 to 10 minutes.
Season as needed.
